How to withdraw money from an ATM machine

With 24 hr banking now in vogue, it is much better and quicker to withdraw money from your bank account by using an ATM card on a machine.

ATMs are automated Teller machines that work as cashiers ready to pay your cash whenever you want from your bank account, even when banks have officially closed for the day's business. With ATM machines, you have access to your bank account on a 24 hr basis, 7 days a week.

Here is how to simply use an ATM with your card

- Go to any available ATM that supports your card type
- Wait for the signal to insert your card
- Insert you card with the chip end facing upwards and in front
- Enter your 4 digit pin when asked to
- Select an action such as withdraw
- Select the account e.g Current, Savings or Credit
- Select and amount or select other to enter the actual amount()
- Enter the actual amount
- Confirm the amount
- Accept any charges
- Collect your money
- Click on yes when asked if you've finished transaction
- Collect your card when ejected

It is that easy.

If the card is for a savings account, choose savings, if it's a current account then choose current.

I'm not sure what you mean by eraze. You can change your PIN or ATM password if you want by also using the ATM and selecting change PIN.
