Getting a soft loan with Diamond bank's savings account

Diamond bank in Nigeria do offer customers the opportunity to get credits or soft loans on their account if they meet the requirements. This opportunity is available to people who hold a Diamond SavingsXtra Visa Credit Card.

A Diamond SavingsXtra Visa Credit Card is a naira credit card that is connected to your savings account which allows you have access to extra funds up to 70% of your actual deposit.

Requirements
==========
Have a savings xtra account
Have a visa credit card
Save up to a minimum amount of N40,000
Valid form of identification
Reference e.g known employer, school or public person.

So, let's say you've got N100,000 in your savingsxtra account, you could use your visa credit card to access funds up to 75% ie. N75,000 from your savings and still be able to earn interest on your savings as if you didn't withdraw anything and as long as you pay back within 45 days.

It works in such a way that it allows an account holder to save money and still be able to use it without having to withdraw money from your savings account.

Paying back is also essential if you don't want to incur interest charges on your withdrawal and as long as you pay back within the required time frame, it would be interest free.

My coment is, nw dat i v finish all my programs, project & etc. I beg u in d name of GOD, though i dnt hv any bank a/c nw. l hv dis passion 2 hv a Computer Biz in lucrative area where i am. You should have an existing account with the bank to start with and a good credit history. Just meed with the bank to ask for other requirements.

I guess you need to at least have a verifiable source of income such as a salary or business that yields money on a regular basis and ensure you've been making frequent deposits to the account for up to 6 months. Afterwards, you can apply for the loan from the bank.

Suggestion; I suggest that the people with corporate and others business account should be treated in fast lane in terms of deposit and widrawing money.
